Linda has 30 years of administrative and human resource experience with businesses like The U. S. Senate, Chick-fil-A Corporate office and Delta Airlines in reservations. She owned and managed Making Memories Catering working with businesses, brides and individual celebrations to create menus specific to met their needs and budget. She hired all  contract help, shopped and prepared meals and organized the equipment needed for each event. Linda is very organized and could book multiple events on weekends. Since retiring, she has enjoyed creating the menus for each mornings breakfast matching the tastes and eye appeal of each B&B Inn sitting assignment. If you provide an afternoon sweet, she loves baking specialty pastries, cookies, sweet breads with spreads and goodies with chocolate.  Some Inns prefer an evening with some wine with cheese and great appetizers.

Ron worked 25 years in sales and marketing with companies like 3M, S.C. Johnson and Son and with Linda at Making Memories Catering. He retired after 14 years, from teaching high school, computer software, business law, economics and finance.

Ed. S.  in Media/Integrating Technology from University of West Georgia

Completed the hands on Interim Innkeeper training taught by Howard and Lynda Lerner, InnCaring at Rocky Mountain Lodge, Cascade, Co.

 

 

He has worked with RezOvation GT software along with other programs to create gift certificates, input reservations from phone calls and internet travel services, cancel reservations, e-mail confirmations, departure and arrival reports, welcome letters adding packages to customer's bill. He has entered credit cards for deposits and check in and check outs, ran reports and select batching at the end of each day. He also works with customer concerns regarding the room environment and has worked with staff on turns and snugs. He assists Linda with kitchen duties, setting up the dining room and serving guest.

 

Ron and Linda love visiting with the guests, finding common ground with each one and insuring that the guest's needs and expectations are being met. Linda will work with guests that have dietary needs to create a breakfast to meet specific needs. See her latest creations on our picture page.
